This first happened on the unit at 90K, got an FK3 and the web has run out. Has happened three times since about every 22K prints but I actually think the the web is running continuously since there are small areas of toner buildup on the web followed by larger cleared areas.
Done all of the standard things. Reseated the connector and updated ROM's. There are not any engine switch anomalies that I could find on the 22-6. I have tried different settings on when the web would run at end of job and so forth and there doesn't seem to be change in it's behavior. This is a 4 phase motor that connects directly to the PCU.
Wondering if anyone has seen this or has a likely suggestion? Nothing on Sharpnet regarding this. We're going to replace the PCU for starters but thought I'd ask.
