AR-M450 web application password

I have purchased a Sharp AR-M450 about a year a go. Now I need to access the machine Via IP Address but I dont have the Admin Password. I also sent a e-mail to Sharp and left couple of msges with the company I bought it from. Need help to understand if I have pay any one to access the the machine setting via ip address???
