Reformatting Sharp MX-3100n and MX-6201n

We have to return two Sharp copiers to the lease company and we are in need of help in reformatting the HDD. I don't have any service manuals to see how to get into any maintenance modes. Can anyone out there help? Thanks in advance for your help!

Simulation 62 sub 8, I think.
For older sharps, from copier at rest in copy mode, press #,*,C,* then sims are displayed in numeric order in display.
For newer ones w/ tablet style control panels,
tap the Home key twice, press version # in lower right of popup window with meter & toner stats, then #,*,C,* on the numeric keypad that pops up. You're in.

better to do a sim 62 sub 1.
