Error E7-20 on Sharp MX-2310U

Hello, I have a Sharp MX-2310U that gives me an error E7-20. I've changed the LSU : same problem. I've changed the LSU mother board and code is still here.
Test failed on laser K in SIM 61.1 but I have error E7-20 E7-21 E7-22 and E7-23 in trouble code data display. I have updated the firmware.
Any help apreciated. Thanks.

Just a thought, have you tried PCU or LD PWB? Could be problem by looking at operational section in manual
for LSU.

this seems to be dc pwb. check if you can get 5v line on dcpwb to lsu (CN104 pin 1).


if it is zero dc pwb is gone.

You're right. 0 volt on CN 104-1. I order a new DC PWB. Thank you for the reply. I'll tell you if it's OK after replacement.

Problem solved! DC PWB changed and the copier is working fine now. Thank you all for your help.

Please Help me out here, i am suddenly having this error E7-20 on Sharp MX2010U, when i test on the DCPWB CN104 pin one (with the connector attached) i get the 5v output but without the connector attached i have 0v out put.. do i still need to chage the DCPWB, and please where can i get some if possible.
