Full calibration seems to work for me, most of the time.
On copying, I am thinking no and I do not normally mess with that. You may get one color correct and then they bitch because the other colors are not what they want. Adjusting color may not always be the right move.
On printing, same thing. If the client is not knowledgeable, it is more work then it is worth. Again, you adjust one color and the rest may be screwed up. If it is a knowledgeable client and use the right software, pantone may be what they are looking for.
Customer can adjust both copy & print quality from display unit. press the system button then click admin login on top right to enter the admin system settings.
To adjust copy quality go to Copy function settings >>> Colour Adjustments >>> Auto colour calibration after the pressing of execute key a test patch will print and place the test patch with thin line close to scanner glass . press execute key
