MXM364n/365N fusers

I was wondering if anybody has come up with a good solution to the fuser locking up and breaking pinand gears. We are trying the neww bushing and retainers. Don't know if that will work. We had one break the frame of the machine ( not fun to replace). We are going back to the soft pin it is much easier to replace. Any body else have any good ideas. Thanks

We had one break frame also. Have it on good authority that there is a mode coming to repair frame instead of replacing. We have not had any issue with new bushings and springs yet.

Leave the fusing pressure off.

Leave the fusing pressure off.

Just had one today with new style bushings and pressure off, broken latch on rear side. Even with pressure off can't hardly turn rollers.

Just had one with 10k on fuser and the new style bushings break the frame. Sharp sent me a fix for the frame to be repaired. It worked pretty good. They still haven"t address the issue of the fuser locking up.
