    Device Installation Report

    I have a different one. Every morning when my customer turns the machine on it prints out a Device Installation Report. It also intermintally prints after a print job. I have looked in the user and service manuals and have not found it. Any thoughts about how to disable the report would be appreciated. I have attached a sample.

    Seems like the machine e-bridge cloud connect is activated and failed to connect, thus print out report?

        Found on BSI:

        If an MFP was not registered in a server, 3 sheets of paper reporting the registration failure were output when communication was made with the e*BRIDGE CloudConnect (GSI/ECC) server.

        The lastest firmware release will correct this issue as well as improve the HDD failure

          08-3820 to enable/disable this feature.
