Toshiba 3510c can reach top access

Was getting F103,105 codes and replaced HDD and loaded new firmware. Now I can ping the machine but can not access with browser or print to it. I'm thinking I forgot something.

A silly question to ask: Did u reconfigure back the network settings?

Not silly but yes. Also tried a new IP address. No cigar

did you format the hard drive? initialize the firmware? i just had the same thing happen on a newer 4555 and had to replace the hard drive a 2nd time and got top access back
