Hey guys and gals had 3 machines go down in the same building and network all with c410 fuser codes which i knew was weird so checked the thermistors on the first one and they looked toasty so i changed them and then went to do the 08-400 set to 0 and it said it was at "255" which i had never seen the numbers up that high so i reinstalled the firmware and still the fuser code came back and also "255" so i walked down to the others and low and behold the other two had the exact same problem any help would be amazing all are older but low meter estudio 350 machines
