I wonder if you might be able toassist me with an issue on a Toshiba 255? If yes I have the following problem,the machine came in for service and paper tray 1 not picking up paper, havingsorted paper tray one the machine is now not recognising the toner original orgeneric, I have now gone in 05499 and set it to 3 which then asks if I want touse that toner as it is not recognised, I have replaced the toner chip sensorinside the machine, I installed developer and new drum, then set developer to232/236 which seemed to accept but after all this I can only get faint copies? HaveI perhaps missed something?
