Hi All

we have a new out of box 2555 throwing up e013 jam almost every copy.
done 05/4579 but still keeps jamming

any ideas please guys ?

Hi:

Not sure from the post what you have done to this point. I would start by pulling the K developer unit and drum unit and make sure they are both turning properly. Also is your reg actuator moving properly?
