    e-studio 65

We have an e-Studio65 here at work. I don't know the specs of it sorry. We have it set up as a network printer and it was working fine for a long while. Recently (the past 2 weeks) we haven't been able to print off of it. It gives an error code of "P54" Would any of you guys know what that means?

You have me stumped. I know all the error codes for that copier and can think of none that begin with P. I do not know which print controller is installed for your copier, but even on all those I am not familiar with a code that begins with P.

If you press the pinter button on the control panel, does it give you a message such as 'starting controller' or something to that effect? You could try shutting the copier down, unplugging it to kill any power to the controller, plug it back in and wait about 30 to 45 minutes and see if that corrects the problem. What you will be doing is rebooting the controller.

Now that's information I can use!

Your copier thinks it no longer has a NIC, hence the code and that is also the reason no version number was printed out.

Your machine isn't Estudio-65 ,it 's DP only .Your controller is GA-1060 .Check NIC card on your printer card .You can disconnect it and use parallel port
