Toshiba 2540c bypass tray always places job status as "suspend"

    Hi I currently have a Toshiba 2540c.
Whenever I send a job to the bypass tray it changes "status" to "suspend".
It asks me to select bypass or drawer and hit "Start" which I do. However I have to do this for EVERY print.
I noticed on the forum that someone said to do 08/658 to 1. I tried that by doing the following.
I started the printer holding down 08. On the top hand after i entered service password I had 100% Test Mode D that is all that appeared on the screen. I hit "658" and then start then I hit "1" then start. I restarted the printer and still I have the same issue.

I'm not even sure if the code I entered I did correct. I can't find any info online about this.
    Can any one please help?
