    E-Studio 352 - Error Code F100

"F100" means hard drive problem, that I was able to conclude. When to 08-690 to try to format and nothing (the enter key in panel does not allow me).

Same problem with Studio 450. This one just stay in "WAIT" went try to format.

What next? Don't have to much knowledge in Toshiba's.

If I change hard drive do firmware need to be install in new hard drive.
    HOW?

    Thxs,
    RAD

In both cases you probably will need a new HDD, you can try 3+Clear power on select 3, but I suspect your HDD's are crumble.
You must update machines upon changing HDD, this is described in SH if you don't have it I would highly recommend you to get one.
Send me pm if you need documentation, as for me I usually avoid to send Firmware cuz sometimes this can ruin the machine if not done in proper way.

If the enter key "isn't working" try 08/692 to calibrate the touch panel (touch each dot with a fine point) sounds like maybe it is off and you are just not able to "hit" the enter key. I agree though, sounds like the HDD is going especially if it is a Maxtor. If you can't replace the HDD at the moment, try taking the HDD out of the machine and fully formatting it in a computer, then putting it back in the machine. I have heard this has worked from others but I have not tried it myself.
I will not give you service manuals or firmware.
