    e-Studio 755, Bluetooth issues...

    I installed this kit on the customer's machine a while ago and it seemed to work to connect to my cellphone no problem. Customer claims they have never been able to connect to it. Is there anything going on that I need to know to upgrade this thing with Firmware or anything like that to make it more connectable for the customer?

    The e755 is two models back discontinued. Toshiba will not be updating the firmware on this copier. Is the copier at the last available V333?

    What type of mobile device is the customer trying to connect with? What is the OS and Ver #?

    What type of mobile device did you use to connect with? OS and Ver#?

    Bluetooth printing is not great for any vendor so the effort will not likely be worth the reward.

    You should mention to the customer that if they want you to continue working on this issue that it is deemed Professional Services and is billable labor.
