Toshiba E-451 fax problem

Customer has networked print , scan , fax E-451 . They are not receiving e-mail faxes . What settings need to be checked for this machine or network?

You need the POP settings configure for the MFP to receive emails, if you are speaking of IP faxing then that is a different animal altogether. Neither is very common, I've only setup up IP fax once in 20+ years, and only a few that went with email reception on the MFP. One of them disabled it after running through a 3000 sheet feeder with spam email over the course of a weekend. Emujo

Are your referring to e-fax? If so, do they already have that program?

If you want Fax forwarding (receive fax, but send it to email instead of it printing out), you can configure it quite easily through Top Access, under "setup"
