After you install the drivers... try to change the PORT NUMBER. Click on PROPERTIES after you select the printer by clicking on it (CONTROL PANNEL > PRINTER & FAXES). Then go to PORT. Click on CONFIGURE PORT. At RAW SETTINGS, PORT NUMBER... change from 9100 to 10001. It must work. Try to select the A4 paper on all cassetes (not LETTER format) and then print a test page. I hope you have the correct driver for GL1010. Toshiba America Business Solutions select the correct version.

First be sure that you have the network ok. The copier respond to PING command. Then... go to CONTROL PANNEL, then go to PRINTERS AND FAXES. Right click on the Toshiba e-Studio 45. Then select the Properties menu. Go to PORT section and then click on CONFIGURE PORT. Type 10001 in PORT NUMBER... then OK, or APPLY.

So... i care about your hair

thanks optik man and especially thanks for your kind considration about my problem .

i was pretty sure that the network was OK but i am not sure if the copier send PING or something else .i am gonna tell you something interesting that the copier is connected to my PC . i mean dady bought the copier embeded with the PC behind the copier. when first time the copier stoped printing , four friend (including me ) left other works aside and started thing about the solution. one of our friend poped up and suggested formatting the PC. it was windows NT 4.0 installed on our PC but we now installed windows 2000 professional.
1 ) PC dont recognize the copier while although it is embeded to copier with any interface inside that we dont even know about that interface or any bloody it is .
2 ) we install the a printer to PC with the guidence book sent by the merci of toshiba technology.after installing the drivers ,there appears to printer on the PC something like this toshiba estudio 45 gl1010 PCL6 ...... . anyway .and when i follow this path start -> control panel -> printers and fax , and right click the installed default printer icon, and go to the section port, and choose port configuration , te is not appear anything that is type port . ther is delay time . nothing else . what do suggest ?

you have two days bro . the mission is stated for you . dont forget , we are about to hanged and only you can save our nicks , save ussssssss
