E-studio 200L Not Printing

I have an E-studio 200L the data light comes on when a print job is sent to the copier but it never prints.
I have updated the firmware and changed the NIC. The problem still persists. Any ideas what is the problem
other than the machine is old and needs replaced!

I can't remember, does this model need an enabler? does it have one.

Yes, needs an Enabler GM1030 for print only GM2030 for print/scan

change usb port 001 if not use usb 002

Do you have any kind of authentication enforced on the MFP? The copiers job log can give you a more detailed reason as to the failure. I am assuming a few things..

The MFP is connected to the network
You have either the print or print/scan dongle
You are using a driver that supports the 200L and the OS it is loaded on.

Are you able to get a "device configuration" through the driver? Emujo
