paper cut in es2050c

Hope some one can help me with this i havent done a lot of work on toshiba's es2050
just got a batch of machines in from the trade with LDAP papercut setup on them
can anyone guide me in clearing these machines to factory default
can the settings be reset or will i need to replace system software/Firmware

Reset the machine to factory default, u can do it via control panel under admin, but not the counters.

I try but the control panel block all the optiones 08. all the erese options is block and i try via topaccess but the admin change the default password.
any options to restore the admin password in topaccess?
