hello now i have a firmware for a es2050c i have the the new version but the equipment need a old version to run. i my screen say 2002 1.9.6.0 the version maybe somebory to helpme to get this firmware. is necesary i buy for this. thank in advanced.

The latest firmware for e2050c/e2550c is T569HD0W2173... U can check your machine firmware version via MFP control panel under Admin menu...
