[Error Code] Error code C448 on the Toshiba e Studio 2540c

I got on error code on my Toshiba 2540c c448, but I am not able to get in the service mode.
0 +8 400 does no work, I keep getting an blank screen.

It is asking for an service password what I do not have
Already did 0+8 693 / 0+8 9081
Notthing
Any help please!!!

Hi:

08 8919 sets pw to log into self diag mode and service UI. But if you get to the service pw screen did you just try to press enter. A lot of times no pw is set
If you still can not clear the fuser code you may need to format the HDD and reinstall the firmware.

I tried everything.
Where do I find the firmware.

Normally the Username : Admin
Here the Username is : Service
I pressed enter
Blank screen

e2540c is ebridgex/4 which is using 4 digit code... 08-400 is for ebridge3 n below which is using 3 digit code...

The correct code is 08-2002, set to 0...

Do also blow/clean the 2 themopiles where u can see it on the machine after take out the fuser unit...

Do you have an solution for that?

F109_2 = Key consistency error ( Signature Check public key damage )

F109_4 = Key consistency error ( License data damage )


I will suggest u to reinstall of the OS data, master data and applicaiont ( update fimware )

Where can I find it?
