Casette (Drawer 2) is blinking or not working

    Casette (Drawer 2) is blinking or not working

    I have a logistic IM2330 toshiba machine and drawer 2 (casette 2) is not working. Drawer 1 (LT-R) is working but the Drawer 2 is blinking and cannot detect coupon. I cannot use it anymore and suggest other technicians that changed Gear Box and motor. What should I do next? I tried to changed new Gear Box in my other machine but still cannot detect a coupon bond in Drawer 2. I saw motor near the drawer 2 at the back of machine. I did not test yet, is it possible that is defective? what should I need to change the other parts?

      It appears ADD PAPER..., when I close it the message pop up.., "Did you change paper size, Yes or No.?
      Does it mean the cassette can detect..?

          Alternate casset feeding if not change gear box or drawer

              I changed pic up rubber assembly / alternate cassete feeding and it works but its turns to jamming at the midddle...., error code E220..,

                  problem solved.., those guys looking how to fix those casettes jamming problems..., just look for all gears especially those locks and motors if working..., thanks everyone.,
