    e2309A trail mark

Found trail mark appear on front & back of paper even only performing simplex print...
Found the mark appear on both grey color or plain paper, except the grey color paper more obvious...

The trail mark match the small rollers on the fuser...But I've tried removed the rollers or swapped another fuser unit, same problem persist...

    Any suggestion?

The drive rollers from an LCF are about the same distance apart and your samples are reminiscent of what it looks like when the springs get weak behind the idle rollers on the LCF cover. I've had success simple stretching out those springs a couple mm. I'm not at all familiar with your copier whether it even has an LCF, but the same type issue could happen on any machine and any paper path. Good luck ...

This model, drawer 1, drawer 2, or bypass are driven by big feed roller with separation pad...
