toshiba 230 photocopy problem

i have toshiba 230 machine when i photocopy the image copy come with white line.i change laser unit and scanner lamp.and it keep like that.
what might cause this issue, anyone can update me what to do for this

First release developer from dv unit ,then filter developer hope it will ok

one or more of the following:

drum
drum blade
main charge unit
developer material
developer unit.

With the age of this I would recommend upgrading not repairing.

The mixer auger inside developer tank might broken causing scratching on magnetic roller...U can see from the magnetic roller...

If really the case, just remove the broken parts, filtered the developer material, can still run if magnetic roller not serious damage...

You might check also the upper roller in fuser..,
