This has an MJ-1104 finisher. If you try to fold without stapling, it comes up with an EAE0 Jam as soon as the paper leaves the cassette. Folding and stapling is no problem. Help!

firmware for the finisher need to be upgraded, you need the jigs to do it and a chip burner, stacker needs to be done, finisher control board and if it has 3 hole punch that also...3 separate jigs...just did 2 recently...good luck -

PS If they are just trying to fold one sheet you can select staple and fold and it wont staple the sheet...work around if its only one sheetComment
