[Misc] Toshiba e studio 355, dead screen and keypad not working

I checked one toshiba e studio 355. When I turned on the machine it operates but the screen is dead and the keypad is not working as well. Is the control panel defective or do I need to check the board at the back?Need some help from you guys...

Is it possible that HDD is at fault, because the the red and yellow led indicator are lit?

Try turning off and holding C+3 and turning back on see if if comes up in that mode. Or (08) mode. C3 will give you a good idea if the control panel is playing up

I had same problem. Problem is panel pressing from something between touch panel and plastic casing.
