Send error email to Admin when machine get error

    [Misc] Send error email to Admin when machine get error

    Hi Techs,
    I remember that Toshiba e755 have a function that machine will send an email to Administrator when the machine get any error like Out of Toner, Paper Jam, Fuser Error ... but I don't know how to set up that.
    Also send counter every month ...
    Please anyone have document can send me one?

    Remote Service

    There are following functions as Remote Service.

    1) Auto Supply Order- Automatically orders the toner by FAX or E-mail.

    08-765 Setting of Auto supply display
    0: Valid (Fax/InternetFax)
    1: Valid (Fax/InternetFax/HTTP)
    2: Invalid (Default)

    2) Service Notification- Notifies the status of the equipment to the service technician by E-mail or FAX.

    08-774 Setting of notification display
    0: Invalid (Default)
    1: Valid


    *Need to setup email on MFP

      I tap on send now. The screen said the transmission was accepted but no mail inbox.
      I also set the login name & password for smtp server (08-1101, 1102, 1040, 1039, 1038), dns (08-1017, 1018, 1019)

        Make sure the MFP able to send email out...

            that is long way, so you can read more here Online SMTP - test your mail server

              I can receive email successfully with the service you advice. But the copier still can not send the email. ^^
