ES 257 "Toner Cartridge Not Detected"

I have a call (225 miles away) that does not detect the toner cartridge is installed. I ordered the 6LE58079000 ASY-HOLD-SP-TNR I'm pretty sure also known as PWA-F-CTIFToner cartridge interface PC board
(CTIF board)

Anybody have this problem before....

The toner cartridge deduction sensor 6LK27001000 might loose...try reconnect connector...

1. Make sure the front cover can be closed properly & firmly
2. Make sure genuine Toshiba toner is inserted
3. If not toner problem, try clean/replce the toner CTIF sensor *Inside the machine with 6 springs that touching the toner cartridge chip
