Clearing msg "time for periodic maintenance" eStudio 4508A

Like the title reads we have a eStudio 4508A with "time for periodic maintenance" message. We replaced the drum, developer and fuser unit but are unable find a way to clear the message. Any help would greatly appreciated.

Hi:

From the control panel press User Functions. Then at the upper left corner of the touch screen locate the red toolbox icon. Press and hold this for 2-3 seconds until the copier beeps, then release it. Select the PM support tab from the new window your in. From here you can select and clear the maintenance items that you have replaced.

Thank you I pressed and held the red toolbox but its asking for a password any clue what it is?
