[Misc] Toshiba ES 305 Door opens during copy cycle

The door opens during copy cycle. There is a service bulletin that provides a leaf spring to secure the door better but I can't find anyone that has it and Toshiba doesn't stock it anymore. Any ideas how to secure the door better or where to find the leaf spring. Sure do appreciate any help !!

The only other alternative is to order a new front cover and side cover for a e206 series since they have both been changed to resolve that problem. You have to use both together.

The spring latch for the front door, still shows available. Double check the part number: 6LH52449000 SPL-COV-LOCK I have no access to Toshiba parts at the moment, but this part number is IN STOCK at Precision Roller. Buying the covers will be a lot more expensive, and really not necessary. I have fixed many a machine with this leaf spring mod, and the door shuts (and stays shut) just fine.

THANKS SO MUCH !!! I looked on PR website and must have had the wrong part number. Thought I was SOL. I have 3 of these machines that need this...
