    I would make sure my firmware is up to date and if not then back up the customer data through the Top Access Utility or do a clone from the control panel. Then format HDD and install updated firmware. Then reinstall customer data.

      There's always a code. May not be displayed on control panel. Print out error history 9S - 107 and you'll see what it thinks is going on. Most common cause for reboot message on that series is finisher errors.
      Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?

        Printer driver problem will also cause reboot issue
