[Misc] Toshiba 2000ac - Start-up Password (Default Not Working)

We purchased a new Toshiba 2000ac, everything is assembled, however at start-up it asked for a password and the default "123456" does not work. Any thoughts on how to reset a default admin password? This is the only screen we can access, not a lot of button options either. Your help is most appreciated!

If this is the first boot, it is not looking for the admin password, it is looking for the service password.

Yes - first boot. Any idea what that would be for the service password? Sorry, I'm not Toshiba savvy.
