I have a almost new es2508a copier, Total counter 3056 copies .Now it show c260 signal. Exposer lamp lit. Plz suggest what steps should take

For most of the C260 issue on other models, change CIS harness, CIS unit, SLGC board, SYS board will settle the issue...But unfortunately not for this model...

Hi, check if the exposure lamp lit.... (FS-03-267)

If yes,
check that the mirror is secured at the spring
check if carriage or mirror tilted...
check if exposure lamp flickering when it is turned on..

Check white platen or wipe it with water.
CCD board fault
SLG board fault.
