e-Studio 28 Fax (when receiveing A4/ locking up memory )

Hello :
I have an e-studio 28 that sometimes receives an A4 sized fax. It causes it to go into memory because the A4 size paper is not available in the cassette. As a result, it also causes everything else that came in after it to go into memory and not print out until the A4 sized document is either deleted or by changing the paper tray size to A4 to allow the A4 to print out from memory.
We've checked and/or set mode 13-377 to 0 and 13-517 to 1.

My question is: Is there a setting that will allow the A4 sized document to print onto the Letter sized paper even though the A4 sized paper is not available?

After that, you might want to designate a cassette for fax reception if the customer doesn't object.
