E Studio 182 "please wait" message forever!!!!

"please Wait" appears when turned on and doesn't go away, machine makes some normal sounds and fuser is hot but that's it! I've had this before, held down the stop button while turning on, reset last time , not this time! I believe this can be corrupted memory, is there another way to reset the memory, I don't work on Toshiba much.
