    e3505AC Toner not Recognized

    Newly installed e3505AC having all YMCK Toner not recognized issue...
    Changed new toner but same...

    Check through all connectors, updated latest 1060 firmware...
    Lastly performed K auto toner adjustment, then the message gone and machine back to normal...
    After 2 weeks, similar problem come back again...
    Not sure what is going on...

      Please check if the CTIF board harness is trapped behind toner drive holder.
      Defects are simple, our mind is complicated

          The funny part is the problem only come back after few weeks...

          Anyhow, will try replace the CTIF board & harness and see how it goes...
