How do I get into maintenance mode to set developer and reset pm count
and any other tips on doing this pm.
I'm a 22 year tech but never on toshiba's

08 79 and change value to zero to reset PM counter.
05 0 to initialize developer material.

To enter 08 or 05 mode hold down the 0 and 5 (or 0 and 8) keys while turning on the power. Enter the needed sub-code. Use the interrupt key to save the new values.
