That is because there is no 08-5008 for the ES-506 series.

not sure what manual you are in but.
Capture.JPG
has no instances of 5008
and the manual shows on the page you are referring to that:
"39. Destination setting of toner cartridge"
so...Find the correct manual and have a look at 08-5155
We have all ours set to percentage of %3
