[Misc] Disable WSD driver on Windows 10 for Toshiba?

On some windows, I see that it auto install driver with port WSDxxxx for Toshiba e283.
How can I disable this function???

U can try disable web services print via TopAccess so that it will not be detected by Windows and auto install print driver using WSD port...

You can always configure a TCP/IP port after the driver gets installed.... Printer Properties> Ports> Add Port> Standard TCP/IP Port.

Windows 10 loves to break things.

Turn off Web print services on ALL Toshibas.

If you have it on, Windows will go out and find this port, install the windows driver rather than the correct universal driver - most likely it will then be defaulted to printing through the bypass on thick paper...which makes all the jobs go invalid.

...oh, and it will do this without any prompts to the end users...

If they (Toshibas) have a Web interface you can log into, then I would do that and go into the configuration settings and disable all WSD settings on machine side. I also go into the settings (little cog icon when you click windows button in lower right) on Windows 10 and UNcheck "Let Windows manage my default Printer".
