U can enable counter notification on the MFP when it can send u counter list via Email or Fax.
For Email, u need to setup email on the MFP, whereby for fax u need fax board & fax line.

You have not specificed what model # of Toshiba copier you are trying to poll meter read data from remotely.

Going back several model series, at great expense and effort by Toshiba, all Toshiba copier models are certified to meet EAL3 (Evaluation Assurance Level 3), IEEE P2600.1 Global security standards. This means among many things that any vendor outside a company's firewall is prohibited from initiating a contact with a Toshiba copier.

Even the latest Toshiba eCloud Connect software can only poll counter data at a predetermined time. It can never initiate a counter request.

The same is true for all copier vendors or you would never be able to sell to gov't organizations.

If you want counter data at your convenience, you have to call or visit the customer.

But If I set the date to send counter on 15 every month for Toshiba e280, and 15th is Sunday the customer's not working on that day.

The machine will try to send me another mail notification of counter in the next working day?

U can set 2 dates for the notification, u can set the interval around 3~4 days, then not a issue...

Of course, if one week holidays, no internet access and etc, then is another story....

The best way is to educate your customer to send your meter automatically, either email, whatsapp, and whatsoever...haha

Many customers prefer tech to go onsite to check meter & do preventive maintenance.
