[Misc] Estudio 3540C How to reset network settings ?

I have a customer that when they send a print job to the machine sometime it prints and sometimes it doesn't. Not sure where to go on this but it was suggested I reset the copier network settings. Any help would be appreciated as I am not a good IT guy....

Do this with network cable unplugged.
Go into service mode 08
Key in 9083 start, and initialize.
Reboot with network cable connected.

Then you will need to input the ip address
