Toshiba eStudio45 admin troubles

We're working on a Toshiba eStudio45 with a GL-1010 controller running software version 1.0.4.3 - We can't get past the admin password/pin in order to set it up properly for the network. Is there a workaround for this? Thanks, Robert

I am not trained on this controller, but I do know that the default admin password is 12345. This part I am not sure of, but when you start the copier while holding down the START and 9 you will go into a printing mode. Key in 102 and the copier will print out all the 08 settings. At the very end of the print out will be printed the master code. I think that will be the admin code you are looking for, but I am not sure if it is the same as the controller code. Also, if you reinstall the controller software the administrative code will be reset to 12345. Hope this helps.

the default on the gl-1010 is 1234 or 1087 or 1078. Usually 1234 though.

Thanks for the replies, unfortunately nothing got us there. We reinstalled the controller software and it was reset back to 12345.

Do you have Recovery CD-rom for GA1010 ? We are needing it for our es-45 .
