Toshiba eStudio 191f Fax.. cartridge sticking, causing right side door to open...

Hey guys..

I've seen this problem before, and it seems to have something to do with the cartridge being yanked out and pulling out one of the metal (guide?) rollers with it? And then the customer has trouble inserting a new cartridge because the guide roller is in the way?

Any help appreciated!
