what error code are you getting?
i would look at the fuser exit sensor, they commonly fail due to constant heat.
also i would check all sensors to see if one is being held back by a small piece of paper.

      TURN OFF to ready

IF I turn off and turn on again then it can run, but when COPIER jam, i take over any paper out then i must turn off copier and restart.

Yeah. It's front cover sensor ) I had this twice (E45 and E232). Good luck.

you changed which sensor? door? fuser? both?
does the machine have an LCF? if it does, you have a few pointers...
broken LCF feed housing ( rocking backwards & forwards at rear side )
button switch at rearside of LCF not making properly when side door closed.
microswitch not operating when you close LCF door ( located behind lower side cover nearest floor ) you should hear that click when you open & close the door.
& finally, the wiring harness for the LCF ( this applies to pedestals also ), if it's not properelly plugged in to the machine, it confuses the logic & makes the machine think it has the other option ( ie: if it has an LCF it thinks it has a PEDESTAL )
as for the error code? you didn't give that. if you press clear & 8 together you should get the error code.

            good luck.

              have not

not LCF, not code when i press clear and 8 hold. because it have not "call sevce.." message.
i changed sensor, checked door, fuser.
when i close front cover or duplex unit I hear that "click" and ADRF run for 2 second.

It must be one of the sensors. Try to switch them for example duplex sensor with lower feed sensor.

                  WHY

are you understand? I turn on copier, copier "ready " and I copy more 20 sheet, copier ""tip" sound and "misfeed in copier" message. I left paper out but copier not ready after I close all cover and duplex unit.

                    I UNDERSTAND I HAD THIS TWICE !
How can you explain fact that behavior is identical and front cover sensor WAS damaged ?? After replace it works good. I still thinking that is one of the sensors in your case.
Have you reload firmware yet ?

you get an error code for jams aswell as call for service. if you look at the screen when the machine jams, you may already see an error code, if not press the clear/stop button & 8 at the same time.
the error code would make a big difference in pin pointing a possible solution. when the machine jams are you making sure to open every cover? even the ones not in the jam area? because some jams will never clear unless you open every possible cover, then when they are all open, close them one at a time.
when the machine does jam, where does the paper stop?

This will happens when you replaced HDD and forgot to plug in front cover push switch.
