    Toshiba 3511 F-100 code

Hey, I got a Toshiba 3511 copier with a F-100 code and I was wanting to know if I could just put in a new HDD if I can't format the old one. Will it accept a new formatted HDD without any special procedures?

    Thanks for your help

You will also have to reload the firmware if you install a new HDD.
I will not give you service manuals or firmware.

You should read the service manual about HDD replacement. If you replace your HDD, you should go through your assist modes then format the drive, then reload firmware, then run through certain 08 codes.

The service manual has the procedure written in it for HDD replacement.
Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
