Printer is not copy preferences when connecting it on local pc

    Hi,
Got Win Server 2007 SP1 - as printer server

Installed Toshiba e-studio with universal driver

I set on printer setting in preferences.

when I try to connect the printer from local PC the preferences I set on printer (in server) are not been copied,

    what to do?
    How to fix it?
    Thanks

I think the settings need to be made on "Printer Properties-Advanced-Printing Defaults", not preferences...

Preferences on server do not propagate to the driver on the clients. It not a driver issue, its a "feature" of the server OS you are using.

Research more on how that version of server's print service works and you will find some additional information and suggestions.
