toshiba e-studio 2550c fax forwarding

so i networked a 2550c today and everything is working well except when i go to top access under admin, registration, then fax forwarding I cant put in remote 1 file path for the forward of faxes
the whole section is grayed out.n it is set to fileshare but nothing gives me access to put in a file path

Under Admin, Set Up, Save As File, have you checked"Send Documents Directly to the Storage Path"?

Destination "Use Network Folder Destination"?

I think you are talking about save to file for scanning I have to check that I didnt know save to file would effect fax forwarding that would do it ill let you know

Does it have a HDD or SSD?
That could be the case, that machine could have either one.

Good point! The SSD version of the now discontinued e2550c was not very popular and had a much more limited feature set. I was referring to the HDD version.
