Question Mark on screen toshiba 357

Hello,
Anyones can help me, after update firmware, screen keep show question mark, but after I press copy or scan it working fine ,and few minutes later going back to question mark like they going to sleep

Was the copier ever connected to Papercut or some other web application?

If not, format the HDD, reload the firmware.

Yes, it was connected to meter reading and log-in password, that why I format firmware 2 times already

Was the copier new when you rec'd it?

Or was it acquired from a used equipment broker?

Was the copier ever attached to Card Reader?

Try changing 08-9132-99 to 0.
