eSt2505F goes in and out of sleep mode all the time

Hi Guys, I have this costumer that thinks that he can save the world by having machine in the sleep mode all the time. I have it set to 45 sec for auto clear, 1 minute for power save and 5 minutes for sleep mode. It keeps cycling in and out of sleep mode all the time. Any ideas? I upgraded firmware couple of weeks ago.

Try changing the EEPROM

Thank you. Flashing RAM did not fix the problem. I changed some settings in 8 mode. It forced the machine to stay in the saving energy mode. It will work for me.
