Bulk Toner- Toshiba 3511?

Does anyone know where you can get bulk toner for Toshiba 3511/4511 or Imagistics cm 3530/4530?

I go through so much toner that it seems like there must be somewhere to buy it in bulk and refill the cartridges....

Found a company in China but there is a major language barrier!
